Aspray are immensely proud to announce that we are the first franchise of 2021 to have been awarded 5-Star Franchise Satisfaction Status by The Best Franchise Awards 2021.
This has been awarded to us following a survey, conducted by WorkBuzz on behalf of the British Franchise Association (BFA), which asked our current network to provide anonymous responses to 29 questions, as well as giving them the opportunity to provide comments on their personal experience as an Aspray Franchisee.
“I am delighted with the results,” said Managing Director and Founder of Aspray, James Whittle. “Our franchisees are important to us and it is wonderful to know that the support we are providing is proving valuable to their business and its growth.”
The survey, conducted via WorkBuzz, looks at 5 key areas of a franchise business:
To achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Status, the survey results must show that the franchisor is excelling above industry average in all 5 areas. (WorkBuzz’s Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark).
The team at Aspray head office are continually striving to improve and develop the training and support offered to franchisees. We understand that growth can only be achieved by adapting to meet the current needs of our network. Annually assessing the expectations, needs and wants of our franchisees, allows us to monitor current satisfaction rates and always strive for improvement.

Aspray have been a full member of the BFA since 2014 and was an affiliate member for many years prior to that. This association with the BFA gives franchisees the assurance that they are investing in a viable and ethical model.
