The Guardian newspaper (12/2/2019) published the results of a care worker survey carried out for the charity HFA. …Employers identified the top three reasons for their workers having joined the sector as making a difference to people’s lives (85%), identifying with its ethos and values (74%) and flexible hours and location (41%).
We are looking for caring individuals who may well have had experience in the health care sector.
We know from experience and talking to many in the industry that care workers love their job, but would you not like to pick the hours that suit your commitments and offer you more freedom?
Having worked in the care sector you will have many skills and experience that can be invaluable when you begin a working as a foot health practitioner.
By providing a foot care treatment you really can make a difference to your patient’s comfort and wellbeing. You can visit patients in their private home or perhaps have an arrangement with nursing and residential homes in your local area. There are other opportunities where you can offer foot treatments too, such as a home clinic, or pamper parties- for those younger clients!
So if you would like the opportunity to start a business which gives you flexibility of hours, excellent earnings and the feel good factor that you get when you are helping people-please get in touch with us!
See below feedback from Hannah Davies, a franchisee who transferred from care work to our Healthy Feet team.
Firstly it was meeting Sophie, she gave me so much information and guidance.
Everything I wanted in a new career was offered by joining healthy feet and I could train for my theory at home while still working as a carer until my practical training had begun.
It has changed dramatically, I now have a very even balance between work and home life.
Absolutely, even though you learn something new every day while you work within the community.
There are also plenty of additional training courses available through Healthy Feet Mobile Clinic to keep my knowledge up to date with new and improving techniques and products.
You can earn £3000 a month working flexible hours.

If you have a family, want a better work-life balance with a good salary, then this is the career for you. It’s so exciting to see your business grow, see happy customers return time and again and still be in time to pick the kids up from school!
I have been able to earn a full time wage on part time hours.
Going into a franchise was not a decision that I took lightly, but after just 1 month in business I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Leaving a well-paid, secure job of 15 years was pretty daunting thought, but the job did not fit well around my young family, plus it was quite stressful.
