Tracy Runs Two Cook Stars Businesses in Cardiff and in Caerphilly

Tracy's franchise in Cardiff has enjoyed much success and she was so pleased with the way her Cardiff territory was developing that she recently took on a second territory in Caerphilly.

Tracy is now looking to take on class leaders in her areas to meet demand and fulfil the potential.

Cook Stars - TracyTracy explains:
"I started working for Cook Stars as a Class leader in Cardiff. “A friend spotted the advertisement for the job and I thought ‘I love cooking and love kids!

After working as a class leader for a while, I looked into owning my own franchise. I knew first-hand that the concept worked, it was evident from the growing numbers in the classes and the waiting lists to join.

I took the plunge in July 2015, it gave me the summer to source locations and attract some business for the coming start of classes in September. The support I received was really great!! There was lots of help to get going.

Taking on the franchise was a big decision but I’m so glad I did!! I now have classes running Monday to Friday, preschool and after school, classes with Parents for Change, a fantastic group of young teens and adults with learning needs and of course children’s birthday parties on weekends.

With a bit of hard work, the support I receive and determination to succeed, I can quite happily say my franchisee is flourishing and growing.

The hours work for me because I choose to do as little or as much as I like, after all I’m my own boss and it gives me the flexibility to still enjoy my family life!!

We have a great variety of menus and regularly brainstorm to come up with new ideas in our meetings.
It’s hard work but also very rewarding both personally and financially. It works for me and I have never looked back."
