Alison Dean is the newly appointed SureCare Recruitment Manager and is responsible for the recruitment agency arm of the business.
Alison was inspired to move into the care sector after losing her mother and grandfather in the space of a few months of each other.
"I was so impressed with the care my mum and grandad received, I decided to make a career change. I initially considered nursing but eventually decided on the care sector.
I joined SureCare because I liked the company’s commitment to providing its clients with the highest possible standards of care and compassion."
In addition to being SureCare’s Recruitment Manager, Alison is also a registered carer and foster carer.
Before moving into the sector two years ago, she enjoyed a successful career within a sales environment working with businesses and clients across various sectors. She has a broad range of experience in account management and sales including retention and channel management, marketing and recruitment and fully understands the true value a good candidate can add to any business and make an already established team more successful.
"SureCare Recruitment has been set up to meet the needs of our own franchisees and company owned branches but also to provide companies and organisations across the UK with our care industry expertise.
Finding the right people with the right experience is the biggest challenge we currently face and by establishing SureCare Recruitment you are able to tap into our extensive knowledge of the care sector."
SureCare Recruitment is an accredited member of the prestigious Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
Alison is already recruiting for a number of roles including team leaders, care co-ordinators and registered managers.
