The Local BookkeeperTM is a new professional franchise model which has been developed by the founders of the UK's leading British Franchise Association affiliated accountants, Franaccounts, who are specialists in providing bookkeeping and accounting services to the franchisees across the UK.
Our aim is to become the market leader for bookkeeping services to small to medium sized businesses across the United Kingdom.
The whole business model has been engineered to deliver value and complete customer satisfaction to our customers. Our client acquisition and retention programmes are unique and provides our franchisees with the ability to grow at a rate of 20%-100% per year on new fees.

Our processes and procedures are tested and save you time and effort, as well as delivering value by offering a customer centric service which is aimed at providing 100% quality and customer satisfaction. Each franchisee will have a unique brand identity that has been designed so it is part of the network but is localised to franchise territory.
All franchisees operate as a franchisee for 5 years for an initial franchise fee with monthly royalties. The agreement is renewable for further periods of 5 years at no additional up front costs, just ongoing monthly royalties on gross sales.
All franchisee will be members of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct. We have strict recruitment processes to ensure that we recruit only the best technical franchisees but also with the ability to communicate with clients and their employees.
As part of your membership to the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers you will undertake CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to ensure you are up to date with all legislation. All training and development can be conducted through our world-class extranet.

We have a unique pricing structure and brand strategy, which enables you to charge a premium fee. This is due to the service being branded, professional, respected and designed to add value to your customer's business. This is a major advantage allowing you to earn higher annual revenue than if you were an independent bookkeeper.
All projections are considered our minimum performance targets and are based on the franchisee conducting 30 hours per week of service delivery.
