Auditel’s latest training course has just ended with six new franchisees extolling the high quality of the recruitment process and the training course. Auditel, the UK’s leading home-based executive franchise, has specialised in helping organisations of every size achieve control over their business costs since 1994. Today, the economic situation has brought an even greater demand for its services. Their franchisees are earning six-figure annual salaries, with some exceeding £200,000 a year.
Says Auditel’s Managing Director, Chris Allison: “A tightening in the economy is tough for many, with impact varying industry by industry, but for us it offers a wealth of opportunity. Businesses waste billions of pounds every year overspending on their services and procurement. With the credit crunch and world economic downturn, they are beginning to wake up to the fact that they can no longer afford this luxury.”
After overseeing this latest intake, General Manager, Edward Brewer commented: “Their wide range of backgrounds proves the growing attraction to our business format from many different professions and skills. For example, Adrian Kay ran his own Bournemouth estate agency for many years. He considered that the recruitment process was open and transparent and the Head Office team answered his questions readily and thoroughly. Adrian told me that that at no time did he feel he was being ‘sold’ to, but merely invited to start a new chapter in his life. He also said that the training considerably exceeded his expectations. Entering a totally new profession is a daunting prospect, but he says he was given the tools to ensure that his career with Auditel got off to a flying start. I was delighted to hear his final thought when he said, ‘I am left in no doubt that this is the best commercial decision I have ever made.’
Ex- Norwich Union training manager, Keith Page declared: “The Auditel recruitment process was very easy to follow and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice. I was particularly impressed because Auditel focused on what I wanted to achieve in all aspects of my life.” He added: “The training is excellent and is delivered by people with great training skills and experience of doing the job.”
Natalie Davies lives in Salisbury, and was a business analyst, with Zurich Insurance. After researching franchises for some time, she reveals it was Auditel or nothing! She adds: “Throughout the entire process, the Head Office team have been open, honest, friendly and helpful. The network of Affiliates is one of the many benefits the organisation has to offer.” She thought the training was thorough and informative, whilst retaining a relaxed and light-hearted feel and says she now feels fully equipped to ring her first prospect on Monday morning!
Denis Brennan, ex business consultant and interim manager from Llanelli reported: “I thought the recruitment process was very good. It was professional and not pushy. The openness and the pleasant nature of the people I met were the principal reasons why Auditel appealed to me more than other opportunities. Information was forthcoming, people answered questions and made contact when appropriate – without any hard sell. As I don’t want to ‘hard sell’ to my prospects that appealed to me!” Of the training programme, Denis commented: “The week has been excellent, reinforcing my initial views of Auditel. The course had obviously been fully researched and demonstrated the depth of the business model that I have bought into.”
Horsham-based Terry Crouch was originally in sales and business development with the telecoms industry. He reported that having looked at a number of other franchisees, Auditel stood out as an organisation that met his expectations, ethics and cultural needs. The recruitment process was friendly, professional and non-threatening. He enthused on the training. “I found myself, at the end of the week, feeling prepared and confident about my Auditel business. The training was informative, fun and worthwhile. It was a great opportunity to meet other new consultants who are starting from the same point.”
Finally, Eleanor Mill, who lives in Raynes Park and was a project manager with Shell comments: “I was most impressed by the relaxed, honest and completely transparent approach Auditel used throughout the recruitment process. No question was too small and all issues were answered.” She continues: “Simply the best training course I ever attended. Friendly, comprehensive, fun, practical and engaging!”
At the end of the week, Chris Allison noted that everybody left happy, relaxed and confident. He says: “We still have places within our network and I look forward very much to our next training course and the camaraderie, excitement and enjoyment which they engender!”
