Matt and Jen joined Trophy Pet Foods in 2012 and their pet food delivery business has gone from strength to strength!
Matt and Jen joined Trophy Pet Foods in 2012 and their business has gone from strength to strength!
Following becoming very disillusioned with traditional employment, Jen (a Life Assurance Administrator for Zurich) and I (a Quality Manager for Europe’s largest PCB distributor) reached the decision that we need to do 'something' about it. That something became a yearlong search for a suitable option and at last Trophy!
So after starting with 4 existing mail order customers, (which includes us and Matt’s mum!), we now have a customer base of over 530, two vans, a unit and two part time staff. Needless to say we are delighted and very proud to part of this fantastic network. The business is still growing and we are in a very fortune position where most of new business comes from referrals and we are always very grateful to our kind and loyal customers for this backing and support.
Matt and Jen were Best New Franchisee 2013 and Franchisee of the Year 2014!

Introducing John & Karen Purnell from Trophy Pet Foods in Warminster, Wiltshire
22nd September 2016
John & Karen Purnell tell us about running their Trophy Pet Foods business in Wiltshire.
Trophy Pet Foods stood out as our number one option. We were very impressed with the pedigree within Trophy and their past and current performance. Whilst it was clear that the franchisors' business was being run as a serious concern, it was also as clear that ethos of the owners created an environment for new businesses to achieve their own goals. Now 8 months in, we have a business consistently generating a clear operating profit. Hard work is a message new franchisees will continuously hear from head office. We very early made the decision to make Trophy our main source of family income, so hard work, perseverance, determination, were needed in bucket fulls, along with a truly supportive family. The last key ingredient is adherence to Trophy's 'system'. This can be summed up as 25 years of refined best practice that you can rely on to help you achieve your results. Follow the system, it works...Matt Snell – Trophy Swindon and North Wiltshire
